Store Policy




We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Dinners Club, PayPal, Money Order and Bank Transfer as forms of payment. If you wish to pay using bank transfer, please contact us and we'll e-mail you the account details. For your protection, all orders are subject to manual credit card verification. This verification process usually takes less than one business day. You will be contacted within 24 hours of placing your order if we require additional information to complete this process



By purchasing merchandise on our website or at our physical store location, it is understood that we do not accept returns, issue exchanges or offer store credits. All Sales are Final.



We typically use USPS priority or express mail. You can usually expect your package to arrive within 1 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be sent to your email address, so please be sure to enter your email address correctly. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to become available. We are happy to ship your order to any address you would like. However if your shipping address is not the same as your billing address or cannot be verified by your credit card company we will require the cardholder to fill out an address verification form and submit photo ID to confirm that we may ship the order to that address. If you do not want to fill out the form you may add the desired shipping address to your credit card, or we can ship the item to your billing address. MyChicTailor is an authorized retailer for all the designers on our website. You can find us listed as an authorized retailer on the manufacturer’s websites, and when you order a dress from us it will ship in the original manufacturer packaging with original tags attached.

All items are subject to stock availability. While many are in stock, we may have to special order your item. When you select your size and color, you will see the estimated shipping time appear below. Rush shipping options are sometimes available, please contact us to discuss rush options. Please note that items available as a special order are not eligible for return. Any sale item is final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on Final Sale items. Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled without incurring a 50% cancellation fee.
